ProcessIt Document Library is fairly simple.

There is a licensing fee for each of the three components of Document Library:
the Document Approvals (which is ProcessIt Workflow)
Published Documents
and Document Archive.

Since ProcessIt Workflow is the cornerstone of Document Library, the first step in choosing the right Document Library pricing model for you is to choose how many workflows you need to feed your Document Library. See this page for more details on that.

Once you've chosen the right workflow pricing model, the rest is simple. The cost for each instance of the Published Documents repository is $8750. And it's the same for the Document Archive. If you need more instances of the Publsihed Documents or Document Archive, just add them on a la carte.
